ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitmine 披露，Bitmine Immersion Technologies（NYSE: BMNR）于 2026 年 4 月 9 日正式升级至纽约证券交易所主板，股票代码不变。董事会同步批准将股票回购授权额度由 10 亿美元扩大至 40 亿美元，跻身 2026 年已公布的十大回购计划之列。
截至 4 月 6 日，公司持有约 480.3 万枚 ETH，占以太坊总供应量的 3.98%，已完成"5% 炼金术"目标的逾 79%。公司加密资产、现金及其他资产总计约 114 亿美元。
