ChainCatcher 消息，歐洲央行近日表示，支持歐盟委員會推動將加密資產服務商、主要交易場所、中央對手方和中央證券存管機構等系統重要性跨境金融市場參與者的監管權限，從各國監管機構統一轉移至歐洲證券和市場管理局（ESMA）。該舉措旨在深化歐盟資本市場整合，提升整體競爭力。
歐洲央行建議 ESMA 董事會設立無投票權的央行席位，並強調 ESMA 需獲得充足資源和人員以順利接管新增職責。相關提案將由歐盟成員國和歐洲議會協商，預計需數月才能最終立法。
