歐洲央行正式支持將主要加密企業監管權集中移交至 ESMA

ChainCatcher 消息，根據該提案，對具有系統重要性的跨境機構的監管權將從各成員國主管機構移交至 ESMA，涵蓋大型 CASP、交易場所、中央對手方及中央證券存管機構。這是自《加密資產市場法規》（MiCA）於 2024 年底對 CASP 全面生效以來，歐盟加密監管架構最重大的結構性調整。
現行 MiCA 框架下，各國主管機構擔任一線監管方，ESMA 僅扮演協調角色。
