ChainCatcher 消息，Ondo Finance 宣布已就其 Ondo Global Markets（OGM）产品向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交不采取执法行动函请求（no-action request），寻求监管确认在特定模式下，将部分证券权益以代币化形式记录于以太坊主网不会引发执法风险。
Ondo 表示，引入链上记录有助于提升抵押品监控效率、优化申赎流程及简化对账体系，本质上是对现有产品运营层的优化，而非重构市场结构，在合规前提下公共区块链基础设施可与传统体系协同运作。
