Về BLOX
BLOX is a payments and stablecoin platform aimed at Malaysia, with the project saying it is laying the groundwork for the next generation of finance. The platform issues MYRC, described as Malaysia's first Ringgit stablecoin, claimed to be backed one-to-one by Malaysian Ringgit, with fiat and MYRC sending, payout and settlement.
The project splits platform solutions into three groups. Exchanges get support for converting MYR to MYRC so customers can hold and trade on-chain. Individuals can transfer funds, make cross-border transactions and use decentralised finance and Web3 tooling with MYRC. Businesses are targeted at companies adopting blockchain technology. The project says its solutions rest on a compliance framework and a licensed stablecoin ecosystem, and it also carries MYRC information, transparency, white paper, app and policy document entries.
On August 14, 2026, BLOX raised a $1 million seed round led by Kivo Technology, the technology investment arm of a Singapore-based fund, to expand issuance and payment use cases for MYRC, its Malaysian ringgit stablecoin. MYRC is backed one-to-one by ringgit reserves held in licensed bank accounts and audited monthly by an independent accounting firm, and circulates on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana and Base.
BLOX plans to join domestic blockchain payment proof-of-concept projects in Malaysia, launch products for businesses and institutions, pursue stablecoin-related regulatory approvals, and use MYRC for cross-border remittance and merchant settlement.
