Về BiFinance
BiFinance is a centralised exchange aimed at Chinese-speaking users, offering spot, perpetual futures, yield products and fiat on-ramps, with a platform token, BFT, used to offset fees. Tokenised equities sit in the same account: users can swap USDT directly for tokens tracking Tesla, Apple and similar names, and an instant-swap feature launched in August 2026 fills at the platform's latest quote without an extra fee. Matching runs on a centralised order book, futures offer leverage up to 125x with several limit order types, and funding comes mainly through P2P and on-chain deposits with the yuan as the only fiat channel. The product set spans spot, futures, yield and tokenised stocks on one account and margin system, letting users move between crypto exposure and US equity exposure in a single interface.
Compared with top-tier exchanges it concentrates on Chinese-speaking users and differentiated listings such as stock tokens; compared with on-chain DEXs it offers fiat entry and leveraged contracts. On 31 July 2026 Hong Kong's SFC added it to its list of suspicious virtual asset trading platforms, saying it was unlicensed yet claimed a Hong Kong licence while offering spot, futures and wealth management; its fiat rail also supports the yuan only.
On April 23, 2026 BiFinance launched tokenised equities that map Hong Kong and US shares 1:1 with dividend and voting rights, alongside tokenised stock futures and a first-trade loss protection campaign; it completed SpaceX IPO private-equity allocation rights on June 13 and four airdrop rounds on June 24. After its Series B the platform was valued at USD 200 million, and BFT runs a fixed supply with fee-funded buyback and burn.
BiFinance's Future strategy and roadmap: RWA stays the main line in the second half of 2026, extending compliant custody and dividend payout for tokenised equities and gold, pushing BFT into more funds' standard allocations, and linking equity allocation rights to brokerage accounts.

BiFinance tiers trading fees across eight levels set by 30-day volume or 30-day average BFT holdings, with Lv.1 at 0.20% maker and 0.20% taker and Lv.4 (USD 200,000 volume or 30,000 BFT) at 0.15%/0.16%.
BiFinance cuts further at the top tiers, with Lv.6 at 0.05%/0.10%, Lv.7 at 0% maker and 0.05% taker, and Lv.8 (USD 100 million volume or 500,000 BFT) at 0% maker and 0% taker.
