Về Blockasset
Blockasset is a sports ecosystem that started on Solana in 2021 as an athlete-verified NFT platform with three tiers of digital collectibles plus a five-a-side football simulation, then pivoted toward GambleFi from 2024, with its main domain now pointing to the crypto casino and sportsbook BlockBet. BlockBet offers sportsbook coverage across football, basketball, mixed martial arts, tennis, ice hockey and American football, casino games including slots, live dealers and table games, proprietary original games, and a leveraged trading feature with up to 50x; the operator is registered in Costa Rica and licensed in Anjouan, Comoros.
The ecosystem also includes BlockPicks, a free-to-play sports prediction game where correct picks earn tokens that can flow straight into a BlockBet account for wagering, and BlockSport as the content and distribution arm. The BLOCK token is used for staking, betting cashback and governance, with wagering activity generating rewards proportionally.
In April Blockasset co-founder Paul Evans returned as CEO after predecessor Alexis Zamboglou stepped down, and most of the executive team he had assembled left with him.
By mid-2026 BlockBet had handled more than US$50 million in wagers, BLOCK buybacks had passed US$190,000, and the BlockPicks prediction game had more than 25,000 users. Wagering with BLOCK earns 20% cashback, and part of net gaming revenue funds buybacks and burns. The operation is much smaller than its 2021-2022 peak, with token market cap under US$500,000 and the official account mostly promoting betting products.
Blockasset's Future strategy and roadmap: use sportsbook cash flow to fund BLOCK buybacks and burns, expand BlockPicks and event partnerships, and keep channelling athlete IP and sports media content into BlockBet.
