Về EX.IO
EX.IO is a virtual asset trading platform licensed by Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission and operating under that licence since December 2024. It runs four lines: order-book spot matching, block off-platform trading, institutional custody and RWA issuance. Brokers and asset managers connect in bulk through omnibus accounts, 98% of client assets sit in cold storage with hot wallets insured, and onboarding and execution carry AML and suitability checks. It addresses the lack of a licensed matching and custody entry point for traditional institutions that want digital asset exposure.
Customers are mainly professional investors and licensed corporations. Spot, off-platform and tokenised products share one account structure, and issuers can run primary subscriptions and secondary listings for RWAs through the venue. Against licensed peers such as HashKey and OSL, its difference is a brokerage background and issuance-side service. In January 2026 it received SFC approval for off-platform trading. Access is limited to eligible investors under Hong Kong's regime, and each tradable token must pass listing review.
In 2026, EX.IO launched multiple tokenized asset classes densely: on February 27 it introduced on-chain subscription for Taikang Kaitai USD money market fund (Class T); on May 13 it listed private-credit products TFCA and TFCD; on June 11 it integrated Franklin Templeton's grBENJI (3.48% to 3.80% annual yield, on Stellar). The platform holds a Hong Kong SFC virtual asset trading platform (VATP) license.
The compliance and RWA tokenization capabilities EX.IO built in 2025 expanded markedly in 2026 via on-chain funds, credit and money-market products.
EX.IO will keep expanding tokenized funds, credit and money-market products under the Hong Kong VATP license, deepen RWA cooperation with traditional financial institutions, and enrich compliant investment access for Asian users.

EX.IO charges nine tiers of order-book trading fees on trailing 30-day volume, from 0.40% maker and 0.60% taker in the $0-$10,000 tier down to 0.00% maker and 0.05% taker above $400 million, while all clients are currently billed at 0.1% maker and 0.15% taker.
EX.IO charges a custody fee of 0.4% on client assets, which is currently waived.
EX.IO charges virtual-asset withdrawal fees of 0.0001 BTC, 0.0025 ETH, 10 each for USDT and USDC, and 500 TBILL, plus fiat withdrawal fees of USD 10 and HKD 10.
EX.IO charges an administrative fee of USD 30 or HKD 200 to refund an initial deposit below the required amount.
In December 2024, EXIO Limited obtained a Virtual Asset Trading Platform (VATP) licence from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), one of the first under Hong Kong's 'deem-to-be-licensed' regime; in January 2026 it also won SFC approval for off-platform virtual asset trading.
