Về Endstate
Endstate is an ownership certification platform for physical goods that embeds near-field communication chips in products, giving each item a digital twin tied to an on-chain token. Once a chip is paired with a token, the item's authenticity, serial number, and transfer history can be read and checked, so a buyer in a resale does not have to rely only on paperwork supplied by the seller.
The platform focuses on sneakers, releasing limited editions with brand partners, and holders get the physical item plus access to events and content open only to token holders, including digital art, collaborations, and virtual spaces. Brands can use the data the chips return to see where goods travel and how they perform on the secondary market, and to take a share of resale value. The company also offers issuance and verification tools for brands, combining authentication, ownership, and experience in one stack.
Endstate was acquired by Nasdaq-listed Alliance Entertainment (NASDAQ: AENT) on January 14, 2026 (transaction effective December 31, 2025), forming the wholly owned subsidiary Endstate Authentic LLC. Co-founder Bennett Collen was appointed President of Endstate Authentic and Stephanie Howard Senior Vice President of Operations.
Endstate Authentic will apply NFC chips and blockchain-based digital identifiers to deliver verifiable authentication, peer-to-peer resale and counterfeit prevention across Alliance's catalogue and partner ecosystem.
In the Endstate collaboration, Alliance plans to enter encapsulated collectibles, authenticated resale and third-party brand NFC services, and to address EU ESPR Digital Product Passport compliance.
