Về Fathom Protocol
Fathom is a liquidity protocol on XDC Network launched in 2022 that issues FXD, a stablecoin softly pegged to the dollar. Users deposit XDC, staked XDC or tokenised gold into vaults and mint FXD against a collateral ratio, positions can be partly repaid or topped up at any time, a breach of the ratio triggers liquidation, and operations pause when price feeds behave abnormally.
FXD is used to enter real-world asset vaults and trade receivables pools for yield, or swapped in the protocol's own stableswap pool, while the FTHM governance token only covers voting and parameter changes and does not back the stablecoin. A third-party review in August 2026 found reserves of about seventy-four percent staked XDC, twenty-five percent wrapped XDC and a trace of gold tokens, priced from an aggregated feed with a fifteen-minute delay.
Fathom DEX charges a 0.3% fee on every trade, allocating 0.25% to liquidity providers and 0.05% to DEX operating costs and pool maintenance.
