FomoWell

FomoWell is a Bitcoin asset issuance and trading platform built on the Internet Computer, using ckBTC for circulation so Runes-style and BRC-style assets escape mainnet confirmation times and fees.

Assets are priced and settled in ckBTC, and cross-chain movement relies on chain-key ECDSA threshold signatures rather than a custodial bridge. Issuance runs in two stages, a fixed-price sale followed by public circulation, with market-making liquidity contributed by participants who dig wells and stays locked permanently. All logic runs inside a single canister, avoiding cross-contract latency and atomicity problems, and governance sits with an SNS decentralised organisation that must vote on parameter changes. Sale and circulation share one ledger, transfers of Rune-style assets can be checked line by line in an explorer, and issuance progress and fund flows are published stage by stage.
