Về Foxbit
Foxbit is a Brazilian exchange founded in Sao Paulo in 2014 that serves only domestic users, offering spot trading in bitcoin, ether and more than a hundred tokens plus an over-the-counter desk and API access. Its users are retail investors depositing in reais who expect instant settlement, while global venues lack local rails and fiat moves through correspondent banks with unpredictable timing and cost.
Deposits arrive over PIX and TED bank transfers and withdrawals return to the same-name account; matching runs on a centralised order book and thin tokens are quoted by the OTC desk. On 2 February 2026 the Brazilian central bank's resolutions 519, 520 and 521 took effect, bringing cross-border crypto-to-fiat conversion under foreign-exchange rules, with a per-transaction cap of 500,000 dollars for banks and authorised institutions and 100,000 dollars for virtual asset service providers; from 4 May such conversions must be reported individually.

Foxbit tiers spot trading across 12 levels by 30-day volume: 0.25% maker and 0.50% taker at Iniciante (BRL 0 to 25,000), and 0.22% maker at VIP 1.
Foxbit cuts maker to 0.10% and taker to 0.20% at VIP 4, reaching 0.00% maker and 0.05% taker at VIP 10.
Foxbit sets maker below zero at VIP 11 and VIP 12, at -0.015% and -0.030% respectively, with taker at 0.05% in both tiers.
In May 2025, Foxbit obtained Brazil CVM authorisation to operate an electronic participatory investment platform under CVM Resolution 88, publicly distributing tokenised securities via investment crowdfunding; its group is also licensed in Dominica as a bank and Virtual Asset Business provider.
