Về MediBloc
MediBloc is a patient-centric health-data platform dedicated to letting individuals truly control their medical and health records. It built the Panacea blockchain on the Cosmos SDK with a DPoS consensus, and uses the MED token to incentivize data contribution, verification, and service usage, so health data can be securely authorized and transferred while privacy is protected. When visiting different care providers, users can consolidate scattered records into a unified personal health file through authorization.
MediBloc offers products such as Dr.palette (an electronic medical record, EMR, system) and Medipass (a personal health record, PHR, app), connecting hospitals, insurers, and users. Its design emphasizes that health data is not put on public chains and is stored encrypted only at the user's endpoint, with authorization requests requiring explicit user consent, positioning itself as redefining the ownership and sharing of medical data through verifiable privacy and interoperability.
Major progress: The Q2 report released June 30 disclosed a Panacea chain upgrade planned for mid-July to Cosmos SDK v0.50, compatible with CometBFT v0.38 and IBC-Go v8, laying groundwork for cross-chain interoperability.

MediBloc uses blockchain to convert healthcare spending into medical services, and brought in enterprise validators including Handok and Daewoong Pharmaceutical; during the second quarter ecosystem partner weavrcare launched AI consultation features on the Dr.
Palette platform. The project also connected more medical institutions, with the token serving as the settlement unit for medical data exchanges.
MediBloc's Future strategy and roadmap: the team says the v2.3.0 upgrade lays the groundwork for interoperability between Panacea and external chains, and it will focus next on delivering NFT-based medical certificate services.
