Minara.fun is a token launchpad on Arc built on Uniswap v4, where anyone can create a token and open a USDC-denominated liquidity pool in a single transaction. New tokens have a fixed supply of one billion with no mint function, and the opening liquidity is sent to a burn address and permanently locked, backing the opening price.
Mechanically, Minara.fun's platform fee is a flat 1 USDC, and the launch contract writes the pool fee and creator address at creation, so price discovery and liquidity formation happen in the same transaction. Its narrative is a USDC-native launchpad on Arc, differentiating on institutional-grade low-friction issuance and a trustworthy opening price, allowing creators to subscribe a capped share upfront. Creators can subscribe within a cap while the rest forms through public trading, with fees and the creator address written into the contract.

Minara.fun produced the densest set of numbers on Arc's September 16, 2026 mainnet opening: 1,417 token launches in six hours, about 92.6% of which traded, with pools logging 168,208 swaps and $22.59 million in USDC volume and launch pace peaking at 319 in half an hour. It uses Uniswap v4 hooks to write dividends, dynamic fees and anti-snipe rules into the trading layer, with USDC as native liquidity. Activity was also concentrated, with a single token taking 42.6% of volume and the four busiest pools 70.9%. On September 18 the team bought back 48 million MI and 11 million Circled with platform fees and pressed for the remaining Circled supply to be burned.
The Minara.fun team says buybacks will continue and has asked its partner to burn all remaining Circled supply it controls as agreed, using that as the starting point for rebuilding community trust; issuance and trading stay concentrated on Arc, with rule changes shipped through Uniswap v4 hooks.
