Về Ourbit
Ourbit is a centralized exchange launched in 2024 that positions itself around mixing CEX, DEX and TradFi listings: one account covers more than 800 crypto assets plus over 90 traditional instruments such as tokenized stocks, ETFs, forex and commodities, with spot, perpetual futures, prediction markets and Super IPO in the product line. Matching runs on a central limit order book with zero spot fees and futures fees from 0.01%, while security relies on Hacken penetration testing and audits, a SlowMist partnership and a publicly verifiable 1:1 proof of reserves.
In practice it sits as a mid-tier exchange that pulls volume through memecoins and high-leverage futures of up to 200x, listing assets faster than larger venues and partnering with projects such as BNB Chain, the Solana Foundation and Paxos. Its 1:1 proof of reserves covers the asset side the platform holds and does not disclose liabilities or fiat-channel counterparties, and user assets remain under platform-held keys, so clearing and custody responsibilities differ from a self-custodial on-chain DEX.
On 9 October 2026 Ourbit launched contract earn, paying daily interest on qualifying USDT of 100-20,000 in futures accounts at a base 3% APR, topped up to 8% by net-position tiers and with no lock-up. On 30 September it listed tokenised equity and ETF perps including CRML, BWET, ACN, MP and SECZ at up to 20x leverage.
Housekeeping ran in parallel: 13 spot pairs were delisted on 7 October and 12 more on 21 October. On risk, WikiBit placed Ourbit on its exit-risk list on 21 September 2026, citing a BVI-registered operating entity, limited verifiable top-tier licences, and a case in which a user's 100,000 USDT withdrawal was blocked with review pushed to July 2027; the UK FCA and Taiwan authorities have also issued warnings.
Ourbit plans to use contract earn and tokenised equities to widen the product line and improve retention, but the platform must first resolve withdrawal review and licensing, or regulatory risk will keep capping its global expansion.
