Về Shadow Exchange
Shadow Exchange is a concentrated liquidity exchange built specifically for the Sonic network. Liquidity providers can choose between a legacy range and a concentrated range; the latter lets them place capital inside the active trading price range, raising the fee income earned per unit of capital. The protocol also supports dynamic fees: fee levels adjust with market conditions, and both the fee split and creator fees can be configured per pool.
On incentives, it uses the x(3,3) model: users convert SHADOW into xShadow at 1:1 and pick a vesting period, then vote on which pools receive that epoch's token emissions, earning fees and incentives for voting; x33 offers a transferable form of liquid staking. For routing, the protocol compares its native router against external routers and picks the path with the lowest expected slippage at execution. Public materials state that it supports several hundred liquidity pools.
Revenue: Per DefiLlama data on Aug 12, Shadow Exchange logged ~$46,300 in fees over the past 30 days, down roughly 90% from its trailing-year $5.65 million; lifetime revenue stands at $26.52 million ($46.6 million including rebases) against $21.61 million in token emissions.
Holder yield: Over the past 180 days the protocol earned $2.1 million in revenue against $1.5 million in emissions, a net surplus of $600,000; xSHADOW lockers receive 100% of protocol fees and vote incentives, and stated 2026 priorities include burning 900,000 idle tokens and launching xSHADOW Vaults.
Shadow Exchange announced its 2026 focus: launching xSHADOW Vaults, burning 900,000 idle tokens, deploying a permissioned reverse arbitrage bot to internalize MEV revenue, and reducing emissions across the board. In its first year-plus on Sonic it generated $26.52 million in revenue ($46.6 million including rebases) against $21.61 million in token emissions, a $4.91 million net surplus; over the past 180 days it generated $2.1 million against $1.5 million in emissions, a $600,000 surplus.
Shadow Exchange's Future strategy and roadmap: in 2026 it will concentrate liquidity in core pairs such as $WETH/$USDC, $WBTC/$USDC and $S/$USDC, deepen internal arbitrage economics, expand cross-chain and stablecoin arbitrage surface, keep building $xSHADOW, and expand collaborations with market makers and professional liquidity providers.

Shadow Exchange dynamically adjusts swap fees algorithmically, with a 0.05% base rate and a 1.00% cap for stable, high-liquidity pools.
Shadow Exchange sets a 0.30% base rate and a 2.00% cap for less-liquid, higher-volatility pools, with fees reaching up to 5.00% in extreme market conditions.
Shadow Exchange splits pool fees 95% to LPs and 5% to the protocol in pools without a gauge, while gauged pools direct 100% of fees to xSHADOW holders.
