Thirdfy positions itself as a governance layer for autonomous capital, sitting between decision and execution: agents may generate transaction intents freely, but before money moves the intent passes through a policy engine that checks it against user-defined mandates. Only on approval is the intent broken down, dispatched to a wallet or exchange and settled on-chain.
The protocol underneath is an o(3,3) incentive system on Base with automated liquidity vaults, concentrated liquidity position management, agent gauges and community-controlled revenue distribution. In the token system, TFY is the base token, convertible one-to-one into xTFY for governance and revenue share, or minted into o33 for automatic compounding. Day-to-day operations are handled by an AI chief executive agent called Jeff, which manages emissions policy and surplus allocation, while external agents plug in through an open payment protocol, the Model Context Protocol and an identity standard, paying per use for access to liquidity and incentives.
On October 7, 2026, Thirdfy integrated privacy project Bermuda, letting agents execute swaps, vault and payment actions on Base Sepolia with the funding wallet shielded so public trades and deposits cannot be traced back to it; mainnet follows Bermuda's mainnet pool. It added Veranta routing and a DogeOS testnet campaign on October 8, then brought Solana into its Console, CLI and MCP on October 15.
Platform-reported figures show about 1,000 agent deployments created through EarnOrg hosted runtimes and 32,500 downloads of @thirdfy/agent-cli since publication. Live venues include Hyperliquid, Lighter, Polymarket, Aave, Uniswap, 0x, Li.Fi, NEAR Intents, Virtuals and Allora, and the product is still labeled internal beta.
Thirdfy's V2 will snapshot TFY, xTFY and o33 and migrate wallet TFY 1:1 to a supply-capped TFY V2 with a new staking model tied to revenue and real rewards. The team plans to train later models on recorded execution traces and to build recurring revenue sharing through EarnOrg credit settlements.
Thirdfy grants each account 20 free requests per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC, with further actions paid from the credits balance.
Thirdfy offers credit top-up presets of $10, $25 and $50 as well as any whole-dollar amount, settled in USDC on Base.
