Về ULTRADE
ULTRADE brands itself as Trading 3.0 infrastructure called a Native Exchange (NEX), a non-custodial cross-chain order book (CLOB) DEX that lets users natively deposit and trade local assets across more than 12 public chains without wrapped bridge assets. It addresses the fragmentation of AMMs and centralized exchanges: a limit/market order book provides price discovery and controlled execution while asset custody stays in user smart contracts, and cross-chain liquidity is shared within a unified order book, avoiding the wrapped assets and security risks of bridging. Algorand served as the early execution and settlement layer, and the haAMM matches optimal execution between pool liquidity and the order book.
In the ecosystem, ULTRADE runs as a white-label DeFi-as-a-Service: any project or community can deploy a branded native cross-chain exchange in minutes and share a unified liquidity cloud, splitting trading fees with partners. It differs from ordinary DEXs by commoditizing trading technology and relying on B2B2C where white-label partners bring end users instead of acquiring them itself; the depth of its shared order book therefore depends on the aggregate flow of many white-label partners, and its product matrix combines spot, margin, perps and white-label suites.
Dan Goldman — Founder & CEO; serial entrepreneur since the mid-1990s; founded ULTRADE, a multichain non-custodial trading infrastructure, in 2021.
Roman Zhukov — CTO; leads ULTRADE's native exchange technology and cross-chain architecture.
ULTRADE enforces a protocol minimum taker fee of 5 bps (0.05%) for Orderbook NEX, while the maker fee is fixed by the protocol and cannot be customized by white-label partners.
ULTRADE charges white-label partners a 2.5 bps (0.025%) base fee on top of their own rate; for example, a partner rate of 0.175% plus the base fee gives a user-paid 0.2%, or 2 USDT on a 1,000 USDT trade.
