Vortex

Vortex runs two-way rails between fiat and stablecoins, folding quoting, cross-chain swapping, local clearing and payout into one operation. A user connects a wallet and confirms an amount; the system locks a quote at the live rate and then completes bridging and conversion through ephemeral accounts that exist only for that transaction, with private keys staying on the client and no platform custody of funds.

Pricing comes from a purpose-built exchange running on the Pendulum chain, which sources crypto and FX rates before XCM moves funds to partner payment institutions on each corridor. Brazil's PIX, euro SEPA, US dollar ACH, Mexico's SPEI and local transfers in Colombia and Argentina are live, at a 0.25% fee, with separate KYB review for businesses. Quotes bundle spread and a flat fee, trades inside the lock window are unaffected by FX moves, and flagged transactions go to compliance review with funds returned along the same path.
