ZTLment

ZTLment is a Danish payments infrastructure company whose product, ComplyPay, gives business platforms interfaces for accounts, wallets, payouts and compliance, embeddable in a few lines of code and aimed mainly at ordering, booking, ticketing and tutoring platforms.

Every movement is recorded on a distributed ledger as ledger-as-a-service: a platform can open escrow-style wallets to hold funds, split them automatically to vendor wallets and its own treasury on event triggers, run multiple currencies with instant settlement, and route vendor onboarding checks through the same interface. In 2022 the company entered the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's regulatory sandbox, where an e-money model built on Algorand was used to test on-chain real-time settlement under payments law, and the regulator published its conclusions afterwards.
