Về Zenith
Zenith is a blockchain execution layer for institutional scenarios, launched by the Zenith Foundation, providing EVM and SVM execution environments for the Canton Network. It serves financial institutions and developers that need to connect existing contracts with a regulated network, and it is not the same project as the Zenith upgrade of the privacy coin network of the same name.
It addresses the incompatibility between institutional networks and the general smart contract ecosystem, where the same application is hard to reuse across both. Mechanically it separates the execution layer from the underlying settlement network so the same contract code can run in different virtual machine environments while keeping the privacy and permission settings of the base network, which means institutions do not have to choose between compliance requirements and the contract ecosystem. It belongs to the narrative of enterprise blockchain and institutional on-chain infrastructure.
