韓國加密金融公司 Delio 擬通過成立新公司以轉移債務

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Chosun Biz 報導，韓國虛擬資產管理及借貸平台 Delio 向債權人發布通知，宣布計劃成立一家新公司來接管其所有債務。Delio 打算出售其現有實體，包括一家虛擬資產服務提供商（VASP），並使用銷售所得資金來解決其財務義務。
目前，Delio 正面臨審判，罪名是涉嫌竊取約 2500 億韓元（約合 1.8 億美元）加密貨幣，並在未經事先通知的情況下突然停止加密貨幣存取。業內專家對 Delio 策略的可行性表示懷疑，暗示該計劃可能是為了在正在進行的審判中獲得較輕的刑罰。
