Cosmos ecosystem Layer1 application chain Elys Network launches the second phase of incentive testnet.

Cosmos ecosystem DeFi Layer1 application chain Elys Network announces the launch of the second phase of the incentive testnet, which will be the final phase before the mainnet launch. The specific criteria for the second phase will not be announced immediately; users will qualify simply by completing daily tasks.

The official statement indicates that its primary goal is to filter out witch attacks and reward real users, so the criteria will be announced later.
