ChainCatcher 消息，据福克斯商业新闻记者 Eleanor Terrett 表示，加密支付服务提供商 moonpay 正在洽谈收购 Helio，交易金额约为 1.5 亿美元，这将是 MoonPay 迄今为止最大的一笔收购。
Helio 是 Coinbase Commerce 的替代品，提供自助加密支付平台，使内容创建者和电子商务商家能够以加密货币的形式获得付款。它目前提供"白标解决方案"，其中包括 Solana Pay 和 DEX Screener 的交易基础设施。
