UniSat: A programmable module for the mainnet BRC20 protocol will be introduced in Q3 of this year

ChainCatcher message, UniSat announced on platform X that a significant protocol upgrade for BRC-20 will take place in 2025, introducing three modules: single-step transfer, exchange module, and programmable module.

The single-step transfer will launch on the Fractal mainnet in the first quarter of 2025 and will be deployed to the Bitcoin mainnet in the second quarter of 2025.

The roadmap for the exchange module will be released in the first quarter of 2025, with testing on the testnet in the second quarter of 2025, followed by a launch on the Bitcoin mainnet.

The deployment of the programmable module will be tested on the testnet in the first quarter of 2025 and will go live on the Bitcoin mainnet in the third quarter of 2025.
