ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 報導，納斯達克上市礦企 Greenidge Generation 宣布將其位於密西西比的比特幣挖礦設施以約 390 萬美元出售給美國同行 LM Funding America 相關公司。
此次出售包括場地、部分合約及挖礦設備，但不包含現有托管的礦機與附近倉庫。Greenidge 因 2021 年債務擴張及特朗普最新關稅政策導致財務壓力，決定出售該資產。交易預計於 9 月 16 日前完成。
