Pantera Capital will collaborate with Summer Flame Capital, Avenir Group, and others to launch Solana Company

reports that Pantera Capital plans to raise $1.25 billion to acquire a publicly listed company to transform into a Solana investment and rename it "Solana Co." According to sources, Summer Capital and Avenir Group (the family office of Li Lin, chairman of Avenir Group) will participate in this initiative, partnering with Pantera Capital to launch Solana Company.

It is reported that Summer Capital, established in 2017, is one of the earliest licensed financial institutions in Asia to engage in digital asset investment. Its portfolio includes Hashkey, Immutable, Upbit, Animoca, and others. Summer Capital is also one of the founding shareholders and the largest shareholder of AMINA (formerly SEBA Bank), the first licensed crypto bank in Switzerland.

Avenir Group is a new investment group founded by Li Lin, focusing on investments in financial innovation and cutting-edge technology, with operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
