SOL Strategies has been approved to be listed on Nasdaq on September 9, with the stock code STKE

according to Coindesk, a digital asset company focused on the Solana blockchain and listed in Toronto, SOL Strategies (HODL), has been approved to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Trading of the shares will begin on September 9, with the ticker symbol STKE. As of the end of August, the company holds 435,064 SOL tokens.

The shares previously listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) will continue to trade under the HODL ticker but will be delisted from the U.S. over-the-counter market (OTC), where they were previously traded under the CYFRF ticker. OTC shareholders do not need to take any action, as their shares will automatically convert to Nasdaq-listed shares.
