Ondo Finance acquires Oasis Pro to develop regulated tokenized securities

Ondo Finance announced that it has completed the acquisition of Oasis Pro, which includes its digital asset broker-dealer license registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), alternative trading system license, and transfer agent license. This gives the Ondo Finance group the most comprehensive SEC registration qualifications in the current U.S. digital asset services sector.

With the completion of this acquisition, Ondo can now begin developing a regulated tokenized securities market, laying the foundation for a new generation of blockchain-based financial products for U.S. investors.
