Bitcoin miner Bitfarms has increased the issuance scale of its convertible preferred notes to $500 million

Bitcoin miner Bitfarms Ltd. (stock code BITF) announced that it has set the pricing for its $500 million convertible preferred notes due in 2031, with a coupon rate of 1.375%.

At the same time, Bitfarms granted the initial purchasers of the convertible notes an option to purchase up to an additional $88 million in principal amount of convertible notes within 13 days from the initial issuance date of the convertible notes (inclusive of that date). The size of this issuance has been increased from the previously announced $300 million. Subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, the issuance is expected to close around October 21, 2025.
