Dark Pool DEX HumidiFi announces IC0 details, with a public sale round selling 2% of the total token supply at a FDV of 69 million USD

According to official news, Jupiter announced the IC0 details for the dark pool DEX HumidiFi on social media. This IC0 will start with the whitelist round on December 3rd at 10 AM EST (December 3rd at 11 PM Beijing time), and the sale will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The details are as follows:

• Sale Price: 0.05 USDC (FDV 50 million USD)
• Purchase Limit: Tiered limit
• Start Time: December 3rd, 10 AM EST
• End Time: December 3rd, 10 PM EST

JUP Staker Round

• Sale Quota: 20,000,000 WET (2% of total supply)
• Sale Price: 0.05 USDC (FDV 50 million USD)
• Purchase Limit: Tiered limit
• Start Time: December 3rd, 10 PM EST
• End Time: December 4th, 10 AM EST

Public Sale Round

• Sale Quota: 20,000,000 WET (2% of total supply)
• Sale Price: 0.069 USDC (FDV 69 million USD)
• Purchase Limit: 1,000 USDC
• Start Time: December 4th, 10 AM EST
• End Time: December 4th, 10 PM EST

All whitelist phases have been oversubscribed and will be sold out on a first-come, first-served basis. Once each phase is fully subscribed, the sale will end. Tokens and liquidity pools will go live shortly after the sale ends at TGE (exact time to be announced).
