ChainCatcher 消息，Ripple 支持的 XRP 金库实体 Evernorth 正准备通过 SPAC 合并在纳斯达克上市，交易代码为 XRPN。该公司持有 3.88 亿枚 XRP 代币，当前价值约 8.12 亿美元。
CEO Asheesh Birla 表示：“时机再完美不过，我们有合适的监管环境、政府支持和准备采用的机构。”尽管加密储备公司近期估值暴跌，许多已停止购买加密货币，但 Birla 强调 Evernorth 不仅提供 XRP 敞口，还处理托管、合规和安全义务。
