韓國未來資產集團將收購加密交易平台 Korbit 92.06% 股份

ChainCatcher 消息，据韓聯社報導，韓國未來資產集團（Mirae Asset Group）已決定斥資 1,335 億韓元（約合 9,382 萬美元），由旗下子公司未來資產諮詢收購韓國加密貨幣交易平台 Korbit 92.06% 的股份。
此次交易涉及 2,691 萬股，系未來資產合計購入由 Nexon 母公司 NXC 及 SK Square 旗下 SK Planet 所持有的全部股份。
