日本金融厅警告 KuCoin 等公司未经注册提供场外衍生品交易

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，日本金融服务局向 KuCoin 等多家公司发出警告信，因其在未注册的情况下从事场外衍生品交易。
FSA 在其最新名单中表示，KuCoin、NeonFX、theoption 和 GTCFX 因“通过互联网招揽场外衍生品交易”于收到通知。其中 KuCoin 总部位于塞舌尔，被列为向日本居民提供服务。FSA 曾在 2024 年 11 月对 KuCoin 和 Bybit 等交易所发出类似警告，并于 2025 年 2 月要求苹果和谷歌暂停下载 KuCoin 应用。
