KuCoin 向美 CFTC 支付 50 万美元，以结束民事诉讼

ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，加密交易所 KuCoin 运营商 Peken Global 同意支付 50 万美元，以了结美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）提起的民事诉讼。
CFTC 指控 KuCoin 作为未注册的离岸平台，非法允许美国居民进行交易。KuCoin 在既不承认也不否认指控的情况下达成和解，并被禁止在未向 CFTC 注册的情况下允许美国客户访问该平台。CFTC 表示，美国客户为 KuCoin 创造了约 1.1 亿美元的交易费用，鉴于该公司的配合以及平行刑事案件的罚没，未寻求追缴非法所得。
