FTX 前工程主管 Singh 与 CFTC 达成和解，没收 370 万美元非法所得并遭多项禁令

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bloomberg 报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）宣布，已就 FTX 崩溃事件与前 FTX 工程主管 Nishad Singh 达成和解。根据和解协议，Singh 须返还 370 万美元非法所得，同时被禁止交易五年，并在八年内不得向 CFTC 注册登记。鉴于 Singh 在调查中积极配合，CFTC 未另行追加货币罚款或赔偿要求。
