韩国投资证券考虑收购加密交易所 Coinone 股份

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Herald Economy 报道，韩国投资证券正考虑收购数字资产交易所 Coinone 的股份，以应对竞争对手未来资产集团收购 Korbit 的交易。韩国投资证券正在与金融当局和政界进行沟通，目前尚未与 Coinone 代表就具体条件达成一致。
Coinone 是韩国第三大加密货币交易所，市场份额达两位数，但已连续三年亏损。金融当局正推进交易所大股东持股限制，Coinone 代表持有的 53.44% 股份中部分预计将出售。韩国投资证券此前在数字资产领域动作较少，此次收购将使其成为“游戏规则改变者”。Coinone 表示尚未确定具体合作模式或对象。
