Về Phemex
Phemex, founded in 2019, is a centralised exchange centred on derivatives, offering USDT-margined and coin-margined perpetuals, spot, copy trading and grid bots. Its matching engine is built for millisecond latency, maker fees run as low as 0.01%, and the PT token provides fee discounts and governance. On the asset side it publishes a Merkle-tree proof of reserves, keeps most user assets in multi-signature cold storage, and hardens hot wallets with third-party custody technology.
It targets contract traders who favour high frequency and quant strategies, with copy trading replicating lead traders' positions for followers; against top-tier venues it is smaller and its volume concentrates in a few major contracts. After a hot-wallet theft in 2025 it leans more heavily on third-party custody and proof of reserves, and it does not serve users in jurisdictions such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
On February 5, 2026, Phemex listed TradFi futures; on February 19-20 it launched Ondo tokenized equities (14 in total); on June 29 it listed GRAM/USDT (TON ecosystem token GRAM). By mid-2026 its perpetuals averaged roughly $1.69 billion in daily volume.
Future strategy and roadmap: Phemex plans to expand tokenized equities and traditional-asset derivatives, deepen RWA partnerships, and improve the depth and compliance coverage of its perpetual and spot offerings.

Phemex charges 0.10% maker and 0.10% taker on spot, and 0.0100% maker with 0.0600% taker on perpetual contracts at the base tier.
Phemex tiers VIP levels by 30-day volume, cutting contracts to 0.0010% maker and 0.0350% taker at VIP5 from USD 180 million, to 0.0000%/0.0300% at Star VIP, and to a 0.0325% taker at Pro4.
Phemex's PT token discounts spot fees by 20% and contract fees by 10%, stacking on top of VIP rates.
Phemex holds a virtual asset service provider (VASP) registration in Lithuania through its subsidiary Phemex Lithuania UAB, authorizing it to provide virtual asset exchange and custody services to clients in the European Economic Area.
