SegaSwap

SegaSwap is an AMM deployed on Sonic SVM and Solana that uses ve(3,3) incentives: users lock the governance token for voting power, votes set emission allocation across pools, and fees and emissions lean toward the pools that attract votes, which is meant to curb mercenary liquidity that farms and leaves. Pools come in two tiers: Main Pools hold established pairs such as SOL-SONIC and SOL-USDT, while Attention Pools host newly listed, higher-volatility assets and move up or down a public leaderboard based on volume and value locked, with the riskier tier receiving a larger share of fees. Swaps charge 0.25%, split 84% to liquidity providers and 16% to the treasury, and pool creation costs 0.15 SOL.

SegaSOL launched in 2025 as a liquid staking token circulating on Solana mainnet, so staking yield keeps accruing while the same capital is used in swaps, market making and farming, stacking staking and liquidity returns. The protocol integrates with Sonic SVM's Attention Capital Markets, folding on-chain activity and engagement metrics into reward allocation so emissions follow real trading demand instead of short-term subsidies. It is positioned as a venue for attention-driven assets in the Sonic ecosystem, competing in Solana layer-2 DEX markets with tiered pools and liquid staking.
