Về Twenty One
Twenty One is a listed operating company built around Bitcoin, trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker XXI. It turns its balance sheet holding into a verifiable public reserve: shareholders can read total coins, shares outstanding and sats per share from both on-chain addresses and periodic filings, treating the equity as Bitcoin exposure inside a brokerage account. The business goes beyond accumulation into lending against the holding, capital-markets advisory and Bitcoin-native financial products, earning from spreads and fees.
Against a spot ETF it offers an equity structure with operating revenue; against pure accumulators it layers lending and advisory onto the reserve. The asset side is a single commodity, the shares have traded below net asset value for most of their listing, and issuing equity at a discount dilutes sats per share.
On July 20, 2026 Twenty One Capital (NYSE: XXI) completed a management transition, with Raphael Zagury succeeding Jack Mallers as chief executive; the second-quarter 10-Q filed on August 11 shows holdings of 43,514 bitcoin, unchanged since the December 2025 listing, of which 16,116 bitcoin are pledged against 486.5 million dollars of 2030 convertible notes.
Twenty One's August 10 close of 4.58 dollars implied a market value near 2.1 billion dollars and a discount of roughly 40% to the bitcoin held; in his shareholder letter Zagury listed five priorities: governance and controls, Berkshire-style acquisitions of operating stakes, capital markets instruments, an acquisition capability, and a bitcoin-backed lending business.
Twenty One plans to turn a pure treasury vehicle into a treasury plus operating company, lift bitcoin per share through lending and acquisitions, and narrow the mNAV discount.
