R3 Sustainability and Chintai launch $795 million RWA ESG fund

according to Cointelegraph, R3 Sustainability and Chintai have launched a $795 million RWA ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) fund.

The fund includes four main development programs, one of which is a $50 million remote workforce housing initiative, providing $150 million in near-term capital expansion opportunities. Secondly, there is a $165 million early development fund for industrial projects, and a $180 million reverse osmosis desalination plant fund, focusing on providing large industrial complexes in Texas. Granowski stated that the opportunity for the RWA fund lies in large-scale investments in utility infrastructure.
