Sonic Labs community votes to approve the "U.S. Market Expansion and TradFi Adoption Plan" proposal

according to the Snapshot governance page, the Sonic Labs community has voted to approve the proposal for the "U.S. Market Expansion and TradFi Adoption Plan."

The proposal aims to launch Sonic USA LLC to initiate business in the United States, hire a CEO for Sonic USA and a complete U.S. team, establish an office in New York, and provide performance-based employee incentive programs. At the same time, the company plans to strengthen long-term deflation through a Gas fee mechanism.

Additionally, it adjusts network parameters: approves the issuance of tokens for a $50 million ETF quota; $100 million Nasdaq PIPE development; 150 million S tokens for Sonic USA, or completely reject the above parameter adjustments.
