Hyperliquid Strategies expands equity purchase agreement to $2.5 billion

Hyperliquid's native treasury company Hyperliquid Strategies announced that it has expanded its equity purchase agreement with Chardan Capital Markets from $1 billion to $2.5 billion.

After the initial $1 billion is sold, further stock sales below $12.02 will be subject to the Nasdaq 19.99% exchange cap limit, unless approved by shareholders.
